On Wednesday, August 16, 2023, excitement shot to the skies as competition winners of the recently concluded Auto Show Kampala received their air tickets.
Uganda Airlines Head of Corporate Affairs, Shakila Rahim, handed over air tickets to jubilant winners. These included Ibra (Golf 6 GTi), winner of the Gymkhana challenge & time trial winner received a return ticket to Dubai.
Niko (Nissan 300ZX), the best drifter earned a return air ticket to Zanzibar while Yasin, the Transporter (BMW M3 sport, Celica & Landcruiser 79), the all-rounder, will be heading to Mombasa, all courtesy of Uganda Airlines.
Christopher Buni, the Auto Show Kampala Team Lead, says this brings this year’s event to an official end and expresses gratitude to all partners, exhibitors and revelers.
The Auto Show Kampala 2023 took place in July at Kololo Independence Grounds and gathered hordes of petrol heads.
