Java House Uganda has continued its remarkable growth by officially launching two new branches at Shell Najjera and Muyenga. These openings mark Java House’s 93rd and 94th branches in the region and its 5th and 6th branches in the Ugandan market.
The new branches reflect Java House’s commitment to serving more Ugandans with the unique blend of gourmet coffee, tailored meals, and desserts that have made the brand a household name. The branches at Shell Najjera-Kira and Muyenga will offer consumers more accessible locations, whether they are looking for a quick coffee stop or a full dining experience. This is part of Java House’s mission to expand its presence and ensure that more Ugandans experience the brand’s thoughtful, love-infused service
Java House Uganda is also introducing a new ‘on-the-go’ concept with its latest addition at Shell Nansana, catering to busy customers who are looking for quick and convenient service without compromising on quality. This innovative concept allows Java House to meet the evolving needs of its consumers by providing them with quick, convenient, and portable food options which guarantee a taste of home even when they’re on the move.
“We’re excited to bring our love for coffee and food to even more Ugandans with the creation of these new branches, and we can’t wait to see how our customers enjoy the special offers we’ve crafted for them. We will continue to serve Uganda with the same passion, expanding our reach and creating moments that feel close to home for all of our customers,” said Priscilla Gathungu, CEO of Java House.
“Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and expanding to Najjera, Muyenga and on-the-go in Nansana is part of our mission to ensure that every Ugandan has access to our warm, welcoming service and the high-quality meals and coffee we are known for,” added Priscilla Gathungu.
In addition to the new branches, Java House has renovated its Shell Lugogo branch to enhance customer experience, reflecting the brand’s ongoing investment in its Ugandan operations. With a strong presence in East Africa for over a decade, Java House continues to innovate and grow in response to consumer demand.
Java House’s partnership with Vivo Energy Uganda has also played a significant role in this expansion. As the landlord for Java House branches, Vivo Energy Uganda has provided strategic support in enabling Java House to grow and bring its unique offerings to more locations across the country. The partnership will offer additional customer incentives at the branches, providing an enhanced experience for both brands’ customers.
“As part of our continued strategy to expand Vivo Energy’s convenience retail network, we are delighted to partner with Java House in launching these new branches. This milestone aligns with our commitment to bringing our services closer to our customers and positioning our Shell service stations as the preferred retail destination and one-stop shop for more than just fuelling services,” said Joanita Mukasa Menya, the Managing Director of Vivo Uganda.
Joanita added, “By integrating premium dining experiences with our retail offerings, we ensure that our customers have access to a diverse range of services that cater to their everyday needs in a convenient and accessible manner.”
With outlets now in 18 cities across three countries in East Africa, Java House remains one of the leading coffee brands in the region. The new branches are a step forward in expanding the brand’s footprint across Uganda and deepening its connection with its customers.
